This weeks Instagram Trending Audio for Quiet Creatives 

First up - if you use these on the regular don't forget to clear your already saved Trending Tracks. 

To do this:

1. Go to your Instagram profile page

2.Tap the three lines at the top right that take you to your settings

3. Tap on Saved

4. Open your 'Audio' folder

5. Swipe each track to the left and un-bookmark to remove it from your folder (you should have no tracks left in the folder after you have finished this).

Next up:

Tap on each of the tracks below, one by one.

Take a listen to them, if a track tickles your fancy and you think your audience would like it too hit save.

During the week when you go to create a new Reel, when it comes time to choose your Audio select 'Saved' as the list you want to choose it from and then all this weeks tracks will be listed!
